  • Within the platform's intended workflow: Load and chain-of-custody data is, by design, shared among the relevant parties to a transaction (e.g., an excavator's load data may be visible to the receiving fill site operator, and compliance records may be made available to authorized municipal or regulatory reviewers) as part of how the Service functions.

  • Service providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting and analytics providers, strictly to support the operation of the Service.

  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

  • Business transfers: If Soiltrackers is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a successor policy.
